My name is Diana, and I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 13 years of experience caring for patients in internal medicine. Throughout my career, I've worked in both community health and private practice, giving me the opportunity to care for people from all walks of life and in a variety of healthcare settings.

Over the years, I've seen firsthand what works—and what doesn't—when it comes to healthcare. Those experiences have shaped the way I practice today: listening first, building lasting relationships, and partnering with my patients to create realistic, personalized plans that support their health goals.

I'm also a self-proclaimed diabetes nerd! I love learning about current advances in care and technology. I am a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and attend multiple national conferences each year. I am a certified pump trainer and certified insertor for Eversense CGM.
